"Unfortunately my voip provider has a contract with this app developer. It is a laughably bad user experience. I have a reliable 60+Mb/s internet connection, but the app is very glitchy. Our provider says the app will not work if you have other apps installed on your phone that use the microphone, eg WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. We did try installing the on a modern Android phone that had been factory reset, but this app still did not work consistently. Let's define glitchy. Some days the calls are one way so the person calling, or that you have called, cannot hear you, but you can hear them. Often the calls where you can hear each other, are choppy and often drop after a few minutes. Sometimes the app will ring for some users in a call group and not for others. Anyone in a call group who does not answer a call is told they have a missed call. So everyone in the group has to send around emails asking if anyone else managed to get the call. If you report any issues the developer requests call logs which you can download from the app, but feedback is always along the lines of, we cannot see any issues. Don't usually bother with reviews, especially negative ones, but if I can save someone else from this experience.. And if the app improves I will update my review."
